Movie shooting: ¥19,800/h (incl. tax) and up (¥16,500/h and up for 5 people or less) Event use: ¥88,000 (incl. tax) and up per day Optional room (35 sqm in the same building, second makeup room/equipment storage): ¥5,500/h (incl. tax). Still and movie shooting require a minimum of 2 hours. 20:00-8:00 and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are subject to a 20% surcharge; extensions are in 30-minute increments. Shooting time includes setup and complete removal.

Rules & policy

Prohibited

Please refrain from parking or loading/unloading equipment on the street side (Chazawa Street). Please also refrain from blocking the building entrance with vehicles, etc. (please use the rear entrance for loading/unloading).

Cancellation

If a cancellation occurs after booking, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
