Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

1. Account information: name (display name), email address, and authentication data (via our authentication provider, Clerk).
2. Registration details: account type (individual / photo studio / production company), company name and phone number (optional).
3. Payment information: purchase history and subscription plan. Credit card numbers are not held by us and are managed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.
4. Content you post: location board comments, reviews and ratings, bookmarks, and NDA (non-disclosure agreement) acceptance records.
5. Inquiry information: name, email, phone number (optional), purpose, and message content submitted via contact forms.
6. Payout bank details: for recipients of listing data revenue share or scan submission revenue share, we collect bank transfer details (bank name, branch, account type, account number, account holder). For payments subject to withholding tax, we may also collect information required by law to file a payment record statement with the tax office, including the individual's My Number.
7. Access information: page views, referrers, and device type as aggregate statistics that do not identify individuals.
8. Cookies: cookies issued by our authentication provider to maintain your signed-in session.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

1. Identity verification and login authentication.
2. Providing the Service, including 3DGS walkthroughs, the board, and reviews.
3. Payment processing, invoicing, and purchase history management.
4. Responding to inquiries and forwarding them to the relevant listed location.
5. Settling revenue share payments for listing data sales and scan submissions, and preparing/filing payment record statements as required by law.
6. Preventing abuse and spam, and handling reports.
7. Statistical analysis to improve service quality.
8. Sending important notices (terms updates, maintenance, etc.).

Article 3 (Third-Party Sharing & Subprocessors)

We use the following external services and share the minimum necessary information with them. We do not share personal information with any other third party except as required by law.

1. Clerk — account registration and sign-in.
2. Stripe, Inc. — credit card payment processing.
3. Cloudflare, Inc. — server, database, and storage infrastructure.
4. Resend — sending inquiry forwarding emails.
5. Anthropic, PBC — AI-assisted summary/tag suggestions when editing listing information.

Article 4 (Retention Period)

Account information is retained until you request account deletion. Purchase history is retained for the period required by applicable law, and inquiry information is retained for a reasonable period after resolution before deletion. Payout bank details (and My Number where collected) are retained for the period required by applicable law (generally 7 years for tax-related records in Japan) and promptly destroyed thereafter.

Article 5 (Access, Correction & Deletion Requests)

You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal information that we hold. Some items can be changed directly from your account settings; otherwise, contact us at the address in Article 7. We will respond within a reasonable period after identity verification, in accordance with applicable law.

Article 6 (Changes to this Policy)

We may revise this Policy as necessary. Material changes will be announced on the Service or through other appropriate means.
